What an exciting week 'Aspirations week' has been. We have been visited by a Vet, a Referee, a Detective from the police force, a gardener and we worked with Mrs May from our school kitchen finding out how we can become chefs.
We have had a parade of our own showing everyone what we aspire to become in the future. The future looks bright for the children of 4W.
We had lots of fun in nursery with visits from police officers ,a dental nurse, a family health worker and a hairdresser/beautician.
We set up a police station and arrested a burglar. We chased him across the big school yard .We took his photograph and finger prints.
We were engineers and we designed and built a skateboard park .It was lots of fun doing a safety test on our skateboard.
We were scientists and we did an experiment to test hard hats with bricks and hammers. We were very brave and put on the hats to check our findings .We learnt how hard hats protect builders and police officers and fire fighters.
We set up a hospital and a vet's surgery looking after. We had a very busy day looking after the animals and dollies.
At the end of the week we had a go at Hot Seating.
