                                                                Re: New Reception Intake 2017-18

Welcome to St Teresa of Lisieux Catholic Primary School.  We are a 2 form entry school and our intake in to Reception is 60 places.

We have two Nursery classes and we welcome parents who do not have their children in our Nursery.  We ask you  telephone the school office to make an appointment to visit our school reception classes.

You can now apply on line for Reception class 2017

From the 12th September 2016 the window will be open to apply  online for a school place, you will need to complete your application form online by  using the link  below or visiting liverpool.gov.uk/admissions.  You will also need to download and complete  our supplementary faith form and return it to the school office accompanied  by proof of baptism if you  indicated your child is baptised.

If you cannot download the faith form please call to the school office to collect one to ensure your children is consider for a place in our school.

Please ensure you apply before the closing date which  is 15th January  2017.  If you cannot apply online or browse the information on line you can contact the Admissions Team via 233 3006 and request a paper application which will be sent out via  the post .

Dear Parent/ Carer,

As from 12th September you can apply on line if your child is in our current year 6 you will need to make an application to Secondary School  using the link below you will need you child's unique number which has been given to you from the office to complete this application.  If you have any problems with your application please contact Mrs McMullen our School Business Manager who will assist you with you application.

The closing dates for applications are:

• Primary school - 15th January 2017
• Secondary school - 31st October 2016

The link below will take you to the Local Authority Site were you can register online for your child's school place in Reception or Year 7 Secondary School, for  September 2017.
